Red Leaf is a second label for Pillitteri Estates, making wines in very similar styles but a bit less expensive. Here, the candied fruit turns a bit syrupy, with a plush mix of peach, apricot and papaya flavors. A broad streak of maple syrup runs through it, and it's finished at 225 g/L residual sugar.

The 2018 Rieussec does come across a little oaky on the nose, although that is always the case here. Underneath lies plenty of honeyed fruit and touches of lemon curd, almond and apricot. The palate is well balanced, offering very pure honeyed fruit laced with vanilla, almond and hints of nougat, and more apricot and peach toward the finish. James Suckling-2nd Growth, Barsac, Bordeaux, France- "Wow. This is really energetic and lively with a spicy and smoky edge from the “noble rot”, which gives depth and dimension to the rich palate of caramel and cooked apples. Delicious finish."

Tasted from bottle in September 2020, the 2018 Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Beerenauslese is another precise, elegant, intense and very salty noble sweet wine based on perfect botrytis raisins. The wine has a bright white-yellow color and opens with concentrated but refreshing lime zest and crushed slate notes intertwined with fine raisin aromas. What precision from the nose to the finish here. Attention, this is highly digestible. Tasted at the domain in September 2020. Stephan Reinhardt - Wine Advocate (96).

Dessert Wine – Lush and Balanced. Bordeaux Blend White. Several vintages have been winning awards in competitions: the 2014 vintage was awarded Gold from the Japan Wine Challenge, and the 2016 vintage was awarded 2 stars from the Guide Hachette des Vins. Several important critics have rated this Sauternes wine highly. Pairs well with Blue Cheeses.
